With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects the next two years to be a similar period of growth. After a successful year they now sit at a international turnover of over £300m. In the UK they have just been appointed on a £130 electrical only value Data centre in C. London, a £90m M&E value commercial job in C. London and a £20m M&E value job in Oxford.

Mechanical Construction Manager - London - Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Full Travel Expenses + Pension
My client is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manage to oversee the install which is predominantly prefabricated commercial units. The successful candidate will be involved at preconstruction overseeing the creation of the prefabricated pods before overseeing the install.

- Managing suppliers
- Programme meetings
- Management of subcontractor labour
- RFI’s and technical submittals
- All health and safety
- Review and amend RAMS
- Red pen design reviews
- Snagging
- Testing and commissioning
- Driving job
The Ideal Candidate
- Have experience managing prefab install
- Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of Mechanical services.
- Experience working in the commercial or pharmaceutical
- Experience managing projects to a minimum of £5M within your own discipline
- Ideally the candidate will have subcontracted to main contractors such as Sir Robert McAlpine, Mace, Lendlease etc.
