Role & Responsibilities
M&E Commissioning Contracts Manager– Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Travel + Healthcare + Pension
The successful candidate will be overseeing multiple jobs across the London division and will be managing the on site commissioning teams. This is a monitoring and checking role to ensure the commissioning consultant teams are performing, the commission packs are being completed and all the teams are functioning across the London team.
This is a commissioning contracts manager role so our client will consider both commissioning managers and project managers with a strong commmissioning background
- To manage, lead and coordinate projects in all matters relating to Commissioning Management and Validation for mechanical, public health, BEMS and controls and all building engineering specialist engineering services.
- To manage, lead and coordinate all matters relating to those specific sites from Commissioning Management and Validation perspective.
- To manage the Commissioning Management and Validation Services as required by the Business Assurance Scheme (QA)
- To be responsible for all aspects of site safety for yourself and others including risk assessment, method statements.
The ideal candidate
- Will be computer literate, happy to interact with client and get stuck in on site
- Experience working in the commercial or data centre sector
- Ideally the candidate will have subcontracted to main contractors such as Sir Robert McAlpine, ISg, Mace, Wates, etc.
