The Client 

Our client are an M&E contractor in London who have been in business for the last 90 years. Specialising in commercial new builds and office fit out, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Residential. Turnover is in the region of £350m. They deliver projects for the likes of Mace, ISG, Lendlease and Structuretone.

 

Roles & Responsibilites 

  • To take active responsibility for all financial procedures in conjunction
  • To suggest trade contractors, systems and manufacturers for team appraisal.
  • To lead role the valuation process.
  • Develop initial project budget and agree detailed cost plan for agreement with the professional team.
  • Advise client on procurement routes available.
  • Prepare and monitor Bid Package Tender Schedule.
  • Advise on product selection, specifications and assist with value engineering exercises.
  • Advise on selection of Sub-Contractors.

 

Ideal Candidate 

  • At least 3 years in a commercial managers role for a tier 1 M&E Contractor Or a Senior Commercial manager in a SME business who have delivered commercial offices.
  • Ideally would have worked into similar Tier 1 Main contractors.
