German-Speaking Telesales Executive – Leading Design & Build Contractor

As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a German-speaking Telesales Executive to join their London-based team.
The Role
This is a sales-focused, telephone-based role for a confident and commercially minded individual who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients and businesses, introducing the company`s Design & Build services, identifying opportunities, and generating qualified leads for the wider business development team.
Previous Design & Build or construction experience is not required. The ideal candidate will come from a strong sales, telesales, business development, lead generation, or appointment-setting background and will be confident making a high volume of outbound calls.
Fluent German is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make proactive outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses
- Introduce the company and its Design & Build services in a professional and engaging manner
- Identify potential projects, upcoming requirements, and new business opportunities
- Qualify leads and establish key information around client requirements, timescales, and budgets
- Arrange meetings and appointments for the senior business development team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication
- Follow up on leads, conversations, and opportunities to maximise conversion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, contacts, and opportunities within the CRM
- Work closely with the wider sales and business development team to support the company`s growth strategy
- Represent the business professionally when speaking with potential clients and industry contacts
- Consistently achieve agreed call, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets
Requirements
- Fluent German is essential – both written and spoken
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar role
- Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on generating new business
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated by targets
- Professional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider sales team
- No previous Design & Build or construction experience is required
