The Client 

Our client is a national contractor with a turnover exceeding £50m. As an industry leader in delivering quality mechanical and electrical building services across the UK, they have vast experience in the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of Building services solutions, whether retrofitting, renovating or new build projects across the commercaial, education, healthcare and residential sectors. After a successful run of work winning, my client are looking to expand their operations team and are seeking an Electrical Site Manager.

Responsibilities

• Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)
• Short term programming.
• Health & Safety (RAMS).
• Technical Submissions.
• Sub-contractor coordination.
• Management of commissioning stages
• Quality Assurance
• Liaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractors
• Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and client

Ideal Candidate

• Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of Electrical services.
• Shell and Core / fit out experience is a must
• Experience managing projects to a minimum of £2M within your own discipline
• A minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role
