Role: BIM Manager - £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
As the BIM Lead, you`ll be responsible for leading BIM delivery across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality digital design coordination and supporting project teams throughout the design and construction process. You`ll champion BIM best practice, coordinate project information, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
This is a hands-on role where you`ll remain actively involved in project delivery while helping shape BIM standards and processes across the business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead BIM delivery across commercial and life sciences projects from design through to construction.
- Produce, develop and coordinate high-quality BIM models and project documentation using Revit.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models, carrying out clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks.
- Ensure project models meet client requirements and company BIM standards.
- Support project teams with BIM workflows, digital coordination and technical guidance.
- Assist with developing and improving BIM standards, templates and digital processes across the business.
- Mentor and support junior BIM technicians while helping develop the wider BIM capability within the team.
- Play a key role in the continued growth of the BIM function, with the opportunity to progress into a management position.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience using Revit and Navisworks.
- Previous experience in a BIM Coordinator, Senior BIM Coordinator or BIM Lead position.
- Experience delivering BIM on commercial, pharmaceutical or life sciences projects is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of BIM processes, coordination and digital project delivery.
- Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders and working within multidisciplinary design teams.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Previous management or team leadership experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
