My previous experience working with MTS&S as a candidate assured me of their market knowledge and network, so I was confident in approaching them as a recruitment partner for the division.

An Ongoing Relationship

 

The initiative to expand the electrical division was successful, with MTS&S facilitating recruitment in roles varying from entry-level to executive. Our two companies continue to partner, with MTS&S also assisting with various interim hires with the same quality and efficiency as their permanent placements.

 

My favourite facets of working with the MTS&S team are the ease of working with their staff and their willingness to make themselves available to solve any issues.

 

Looking Ahead

 

After experiencing a significant period of growth and securing some of our most complex and notable projects, the Michael Lonsdale Group plan to continue to work alongside MTS&S to get the right candidates for the business.
